I took 11 year old washer apart, by watching step by step instructional video on this site. Found the problem & order the part (inner tub,shaft & spider). It's a shame you can't just order the spider, because the stainless steel tub & shaft were still perfectly good. Apparently, this is the manufactures way of making money. The repair itself was straight forward as others have said. Remove back panel, raise stove top to access srews, then remove side panels ( outer and inner ). Voila the hinges are right there. Then reverse Complete job with cleaning took 1 1/2 hours Very satisfied with parts (exact match). Thank you Appliance parts pros. Read more
