I followed the video that was posted on your website, very informative and easy to follow. Only problem was, was the drum and bearings refused to separate, even after a week of applying rust buster and using a 5 lb sledge hammer and 2x4 wood. The detergent drawer became permanently stuck 10 years ago. The cause, a lid on the fabric softener caught on the roof of the drawer cabinet. A small moisture leak eventually began. The moisture ran down the inside of the front cabinet panel and down to the filter trap at the bottom of the front cabinet panel. The AppliancePartsPro YouTube video was spot on. I had previously picked up the parts locally but I ran into trouble removing one of the bearing races because the bearing had completely failed. This prompted me to order the outer tub assembly from you. To my surprise when I received the part it had all the components (front and rear bearings and seal) included and pre-installed.
