Even though I never touched a wash machine, I was able to fix mine after I came across APP site. After complete cycle washing machine would not power. I had to discount power and lift the power connector to surge noise protector. I replaced surge and noise protector and proble still existed. I heard something reset from the electronic board and decided to replace it. The board came in 2 days, well packed, and easy swapout. Works great! Kenmore (LGE) front loader. The detergent drawer became permanently stuck 10 years ago. The cause, a lid on the fabric softener caught on the roof of the drawer cabinet. A small moisture leak eventually began. The moisture ran down the inside of the front cabinet panel and down to the filter trap at the bottom of the front cabinet panel.
