Motor would not turn=bad bushings/bearings. Removing unit from wall is the toughest part. Then it's remove covers and disassemble motor bracket and un-do wiring. Take pics or making a color coded diagram makes it easy! Re-assemble with new motor and that's it! I do maintenance for a living so the job was simple for me and should be for anybody with some mechanical ability. Read more
