Our dryer is next to an exterior wall and the washer right next to the dryer. I wanted to drain the washer water outside. I easily connected the existing washer drain hose with one of the two new drain hoses, attached the hoses in two locations to the wall with a 'U' bracket, drilled a hole in the outside wall, and ran the new hose outside.
