I tried to source the switch at 2 other supply houses. Both said the part was no longer available. Appliance Parts Pro had the part and I received it in two days.I installed it in about an hour and the unit works perfectly.

Replaced it with the 4 position switch..The original switch was a 3 position switch..By replacing it with a 4 position switch, I now have a bit more control of the heater, to the extent that it is now more quiet in the low mode than before. The only issue I had, was the stem which was slotted, while my stem was a "D" type stem. So I did a little filing and cutting until I got a perfect tight fit on the knob..The unit, now functions perfect, IMHO.
