This is a genuine OEM washer sourced directly from the manufacturer for use in many dishwashers and other appliances. Washers are used to help distribute the load a screw or bolt carries when connecting components. For example, in a dishwasher, the handle has two screws, one on each side, connecting it to the central unit. These screws have washers on them that help the screws bear the weight of pulling the dishwasher door open and closed repeatedly. Over time, the washers may warp and become loose, causing them not to sit flush on the screw. When the washers are damaged, they should be replaced to prevent further damage. Before working on the dishwasher, disconnect the power source. Locate the screw and washer that need to be replaced. Remove the screw and take the washer off the end. Install a new washer on the screw and reinstall it in the dishwasher. Reconnect the power. This washer is made of high quality metal; it is sold as an individual unit. Screws are not included with the washer. This washer is specifically designed for use in dishwashers manufactured by Bosch.

It finally gave E15 code, then after drying out the E15 code came back within 5 minutes of running. I dried out the base then I ran the dishwasher and observed water coming down the overflow chute after running only 5 minutes. There is a water inlet (clear water chamber on the side of the machine). It had some gunk inside that was stopping a black float shut-off from moving. I replaced the water inlet chamber. I also suspected the non return valve (also called a check valve). From the parts... This suspension damper stabilizes the tub/drum by absorbing movement and vibration during operation. Replacing a worn damper helps reduce shaking and noise, improving spin performance and overall machine stability. What it does:
E20 is a motor resistance error. This was my first ever dishwasher repair. I went pretty slowly. Assuming the problem was motor failure, I bought a motor and accessories. While taking apart the machine and removing the current motor, I flushed all the residual water from the motor and shook it quite a bit. While I never saw any particular “thing” that may have been jamming the impeller, I temporarily reconnected the power to the unit and start a rinse cycle. To my surprise, the motor... Read more
