The plastic cam the bottom hinge had ground down over time and the door would have to be pushed shut. The cam was not automatically closing the door when the door was swung closed. I bought the new hinge pieces from AppliancePartsPros.com by using the model number found on the refrigerator tag. The schematic diagram helped me identify what to order. The parts arrived in 2 days. When I first found out that the evaporator fan doesn't work, I went to a local home appliances store to buy one , cost me $40 , real easy to replace it and it solves the main problem , but this evaporator motor was making some loud noise every now and then , especially when we open the door too often. Ordered a new icemaker from Appliance Pros after viewing the video and determining I could accomplish the task. When the icemaker arrived (promptly) I installed it without difficulty after reviewing the video from Appliance Pros again. Removed the back cover to access the fan area. Clean the area with brush and vac first. Unplugged the Refrigerator. Used a socket set with 1/4" socket. Had an extended and a standard socket. Removed the condensate plastic drain from the bottom of the refrigerator to have more access to the fan. Unplugged the fan motor. Removed the two screws holding the fan in place.
