Needed a part L.belford B. • Nokomis , FL • May 09, 2016
It was just a door tray. I simply put it in place. I entered my appliance manufacturer and model number, entered the part I needed and they sent the right part. Sounds easy doesn't it? I tried another company first did the same thing and got the wrong part and it looked used. I sent it back (at my expense) with their RMA and a month later still, I'm still waiting for a refund.

No cool compressor would not start fan and lights running Brian R. • Chesterfield , MO • February 14, 2015
First replaced start capacitor but that did not work, the start kit which has a relay and overload protector is what was needed. The relay is actually the only part that was bad I believe.
After pulling the relay off the compressor you could shake it and it rattled, the new one did not.
Really pretty easy and definitely cheaper than a service call.
