I had a repair man come out for $55 and he diagnosed it as having three problems and wanted $500 to fix it and gave me a list of parts I needed. So I ordered them from Appliance Parts Pros on Thursday evening and it shipped out Friday and I received them on Saturday morning. Yea! I was fortunate to have found the appliance forum and asked for expert advice on what the problem could be. Jake responded in a very timely manner and suggestions on what the issue could be. We had to replace the defrost timer and everything is working like a gem! I am so grateful there is a place I know myself and others can come to for great service.
