I had a repair man come out for $55 and he diagnosed it as having three problems and wanted $500 to fix it and gave me a list of parts I needed. So I ordered them from Appliance Parts Pros on Thursday evening and it shipped out Friday and I received them on Saturday morning. Yea!
I took off the back cardboard panel and removed the Condenser fan motor with the blade and did just like the video suggested. I had a difficult time pulling it out and then I caught on. It took about one hour for me....

Removed and replaced water valve. Easy fix. After repair, had a water leak at bottom of freezer door from an elbow with press-on fittings that had lost its seal. Replaced the elbow and had no other problems.

Replacement piece was $70 and Jenn air didn't supply tape by itself. Appliance Pros recommended a substitute. While it was twice as wide as needed, we applied it, then used utility knife to trim edge. It's been on for a couple days now with lifting evident. Hope it lasts!
