I didn't pull the double oven out of the wall making it a little tighter to work on. Installation takes 5 minutes Disassembly takes a little longer. So it took me about 30 minutes start to finish. Suggestion.... always use your phone to take photos as you disassemble electric parts. Remembering wiring assemblies can be daunting. The parts were OEM. No adaption required. Black touchpad
Couldn't exactly determined what component was bad and the codes were not available to me. Decided to replace the 8303883 Assy, Control. When I applied power, found out that the touch screen (Assy, Switch) is not fully functioning. The off/cancel wouldn't work so. Tried to buy the ribbon but couldn't find one since it is a part of the Switch Assy. Ordered the black switch assy and finally have the oven fully operational. Read more

Remove Whirlpool oven door (see videos online). Ladies...the door is somewhat heavy. Place door panel face up on stable surface. Unscrew bottom 5 screws and top 2 screws, slide front panel downward to release. Place front panel on safe surface face down on protected surface with handle hanging over edge. Remove obvious 4 handle screws. Install new handle in proper direction (writing on inside of handle will be upside down) and 4 screws. Clean all inside glass areas while the panels are off and...
