The inlet sump was deteriorating and pieces of it were clogging the spray arms. The gasket/seal on the bottom of the door was also deteriorated and clogging the filters. That seal was only available on a new inner door. It took a few hours because of the new inner door and I was taking my time doing extra cleaning and such. The instructions that came with replacing the detergent tank locknut were pretty clear. Separating the inner and outer surfaces of the door requires some care. The two surfaces are held together by a number of Phillips head screws. Once the two surfaces are loose, there is a ribbon cable, and a multi-pin IDC connector that connect the control panel on the front door, to the control module mounted on the inner door. Had to order inner door panel and gasket as they are not separate pieces. Unplug power cord as there are electrical components inside door. With door closed remove the two screws on the bottom corners of the door. Open the door placing something on the floor for the outer door panel to rest on, remove the ten screws that hold the door panels together (note) 6 short screws 3 on each panel side and 4 long ones across the top of the door.
