I watched your video. Since I could not remove the ice crusher housing, I had to break it open using a hammer, before 3 people tried to remove it. So I replaced the ice crusher housing, the crusher cover and the bucket, but was able to save the other parts.

The auger motor failed and wouldn't turn. I replaced the motor and it works without a problem. Make sure you dont throw away the motor boot or buy one if you don't have one. Otherwise, the temperature will freeze up the motor and lead to premature failure.
