This particular model GE Profile series has the fiberglass gasket on the door mounted with spring clips made into the gasket. With needle nose pliers I gently squeeze the spring clips together to remove. Repeated process around. I installed new gasket be simply pushing new tabs in place. The fan was straightforward unscrew and disconnect wires then reinstall. The gaskets required the door to be disassembled contrary to the video that was provided when purchasing the gasket for the door.
