Initially, I thought the problem was likely the "Smartboard" which controls everything in the unit. When a replacement didn't fix the issue, I took the keyboard panel and found the keypad area is actually sealed except for the ribbon cable that exits the keyboard chamber. I blew air into that opening and re-assembled the unit. Ordered door switches, but didn't solve problem. Sent them back for credit. Ordered thermostat and it solved the problem. Microwave now works fine. The unit is only 7 years old and hope to get another 7 or more out of it. Thanks. Read more
