Got out my old manual, which provided me with the needed info. Called your customer service and with their GREAT help from them------- a new burner and burner caps were ordered. Arrived today and yours truly did the installing. And it works! Saved alot of money not having a service call! Oh, did I mention---I am a 87 yr old Grandma! Thanks for making this possible. Read more
