Shopped online and found your great website, read reviews and based diagnostics on similarities I saw in other peoples stories. So I was able to choose correctly when replacing the circuit board. System suddenly stopped dispensing ice and water. The light for the ice and water dispenser also stopped working. But some of the buttons for "extra ice" and "filter reset" still seemed to work. I bought a shelf but was unable to insert it. The shelf should have been added when the refrig was assembled. I called your company, spoke with Danielle and was given a 20% discount offer for all the part I needed to replace. The 20% discount from Frigidaire was much higher in price than parts ordered from AppliancePartsPros.com. I took my shelf to Home Depot and had an employee cut off a portion of one prong. Installation was extremely easy and took only a few minutes to install the wire shelves and the door shelves. I probably took longer to open the box and the parts inside. Everything fit and feels secure. Read more
This 1/4" compression nut and ring is used to connect the water supply line to the water valve inlet. Can be used anywhere a 1/4" compression fitting is needed.
