I took the inside plate off door. Removed old gasket. Broke styrofoam vent buffernbecause I grabbed it in the wrong place. Ordered both a gasket and vent buffer from your company. It came in 2 days as promised. I had to empty dishwasher of about 2-3 inches of water as with the door apart and knowing it would leak I had to shut off electric supply and hand empty machine first cup by cup and then towel by towel. I ordered both the front long panel and the lower access panel in the new color. I watched the instructional videos which were very helpful. I was very careful to remember where all the screws belonged as I took it apart. The panel required an extra small attachment to fit due to a change in design. • Leaking

The video was very helpful. the hardest part is getting off old rusted parts. I had to use a hacksaw to remove one of the old clamps. I had to open the bottom of the washing machine to remove of the other clamp. Putting the new parts on was easy. Getting everything apart was a challenge. There is a plastic "snapping" feature (Two plastic tabs that when pressed together can fit into the holes on the spray arm. Once in there, the tabs expands and keep the spray arm in place) that comes out of the top onto which the spray arm is attached to. That plastic piece broke and the spray arm fell off. It wasn't clear how the snapping feature was attached to the top of the dishwasher at first. I was looking for a replacement for it and could not find it on any of the assembly diagram... Read more

The new one slid right on easily. It didn't come with a screw but the threads are the same as the screws that are used for putting in light switches so all you need to do is either get a short one or trim a light switch or outlet screw down to size. Read more
