The repair videos were VERY helpful. Took off the inside freezer panel and defrosted the coils. the frig worked great while I waited for the parts to be delivered. Next replaced the defrost element and thermostat. Replaced the waterline to the Icemaker. It was as easy as the videos showed. Could not get the water line out of the door and the part did not look the same. So I called the helpline. Found out I needed to remove the freezer door inside panel. Did so and replace the line. When we inspected the first time we found that Plactic had broken from the spiral part that for wards the ice. Also there were cracks in two places of other parts. There was a hole in the bottom of the bin. The new spiral was assembled and two new parts were replaced with help from the video and the diagram and the unit worked well.
