1) By using google to find videos on why the door wouldn't close, I found out I needed new cams, those same videos also showed how to remove and replace the door. 2) Then by googling the fridge model number and the word 'cam', I was able to find the parts. 3) Taking the door off was simple, I needed a phillips head screwdriver to remove the hinge cover, however the screws in the hinge plate were so tight, I needed a side handle socket wrench to loosen them. 4) The door itself is not hard to... Common theme on the blogs was thermistors and or defrost heater/thermostat. Ran self-diagnostics which turned on defrost heater which was fine. All five thermistors indicated ok on diagnostic also, but I read more than one time "replace the thermistors no matter what if your FF section isn't cooling". Simply removed top door hinge held in place with a screw and two small 5/16 inch bolts . Lifted the door off bottom hing . Replaced old cam riser with new cam riser . Replaced refridgerator door and top hinge . Adjusted door height with 5/16 wrench matching it with deepfreeze door . Patted myself on back for such a good repair job . Lol . I watched several videos to identify the problem, worn/broken cam riser on bottom door hinge. I ordered parts from AppliancePartsPros.com to replace the cam.
