First I ordered a new ice door seal, spring, and crank, figuring the condensation in freezer and door was caused by ice door not sealing. This was a little more involved than I originally thought, but after watching the video on the site it wasn't so bad. They walk you through each step verbally and visibly so you can see exactly what to do. Replacing the auger took around 20 minutes, and only that long because the screw holding the ice shield was a bit tough to turn.
