The problem was most likely the evaporator fan motor but it could have been a bad blade, loose parts or bad motor mounts. Hard to tell without taking everything apart and inspecting. Evaporator fan motor in our freezer was bad. Ordered new one with 2 day delivery and had it in 2 days. Thankfully it was very easy to get to from the front of the freezer.
