Replacing the roller assembly corrected the problem. The key to replacing the roller assembly is elevating the refrigerator high enough to remove the roller assembly. (1) Raise and secure the refrigerator, (2) remove the metal bar across the bottom of the refrigerator to provide adequate access to the roller assembly (2-screws), (3) remove the roller assembly adjustment screw, (4) pry the roller pivot pin out, (5) pull the roller assembly toward the front of the refrigerator to remove, (6)... Compressor overload switch broke in my hand when I removed it but replacing it and the start relay did not fix the problem. I troubleshot the control board with the help of videos from Grace Appliance (https://www.youtube.com/c/GraceAppliance/videos) and found fans were not getting power. I ordered an aftermarket control board that offered free returns but it kept cycling off and on every minute. I think it might have been overloaded because the main resistor in the evaporator fan drive... Read more

1) By using google to find videos on why the door wouldn't close, I found out I needed new cams, those same videos also showed how to remove and replace the door. 2) Then by googling the fridge model number and the word 'cam', I was able to find the parts. 3) Taking the door off was simple, I needed a phillips head screwdriver to remove the hinge cover, however the screws in the hinge plate were so tight, I needed a side handle socket wrench to loosen them. 4) The door itself is not hard to... We bought a used fridge and forgot to get the hardware to mount the doors. Looked up the model on your website. Using the pictures I was able to order just the parts I needed and not to duplicate anything (or leave anything out!). The parts arrived and because I watched the "how to" video I knew to use the "trick" to hold the doors up while attaching the hardware. Had the doors mounted in less than 15 minutes!.. We removed the spray arm from the Spray Arm Hub and Support Assembly (GE part WD22X126) and discovered that the Check Valve (GE part WD1X5488), which prevents dirty water from flowing back into the tub, was missing completely. Replacement was very easy - the soft rubber valve pushes into position from the inside of the Support Assembly. We also found that the Plastic Thrust Washer (GE part WD3X766) inside the center of the Spray Arm Hub had eroded considerably, so we replaced that as well. Read more
