This body vent directs airflow at the refrigerator cabinet base to help maintain proper air circulation and protect internal components. It replaces a cracked, broken, or missing vent to restore correct cabinet airflow and appearance. What it does:

The Handle End Cap is an OEM part for GE ranges. This part plays a role in capping the ends of the range handle, allowing a seamless and aesthetically pleasing finish while also preventing injuries by covering potentially sharp edges.
Causes of a bad handle end cap include physical impact, frequent cleaning that leads to wear, or degradation due to exposure to kitchen grease and heat.

1) Opened package, 2) unwrapped end-caps, 3) broke off guide pieces with pliers, 4) inserted caps in both end of handle, 4) unscrewed 6 Phillip screws to remove oven-door fascia, 4) unscrewed two end-cap retainer bolts with nut driver to release remnants of broken end-caps, 5) re-inserted bolts back through the oven door engaging the new end-caps on each end, 6) tightened bolts while begging the new end-caps not to break, 7) positioned fascia back over the oven door, 8) restored the 6 screws to... I searched online for a replacement broiler support. I did not know what the part was called so initially searching was a little difficult. However, appliance parts pros made it easy to find the correct part; their onlne pic matched my part and I was comfortable purchasing from them. It shipped and I received it quickly. In 20-year-old GE Electric Range Model Model JBP78BY1BB, I replaced the electric control panel for oven. Original GE Part was WB27T10102. Appliance Parts Pro (APP) provided excellent help and directed me to the closest replacement, which was GE Part No. WB27X10311 with APP part no. AP263445.
