I called Sear's and they told me to call you, You had the oven racks and I replaced the ones that had white plastic all over them. I was able to scrape the plastic off the bottom portion of the oven. I was thrilled you were able to give me the parts I needed, the oven still looks brand new!. Read more

Be careful not to tighten or twist the small hex nut in the knob cylinder/housing with force. there is a very small plastic set tab that can be broken off easily. how do I know? The orientation of the switch "box" is horizontal instead of vertical. otherwise, this replacement part # works as expected. I couldn't get the switch to attach plate removed, and the switch removed, without removing the entire cooktop and removing the top glass burner cover. Not difficult, but time-consuming. Read more
