The fix was easy, it was the taking the microwave oven out of the wall that was hard. These things are pretty Heavy. Lucky I had help. Once removed from the wall, which was only 4 screws holding the facing on the wall. Then about another 4 screws holding the oven in place. Then pulling it out of the wall (don't forget to unplug it) (most are not hard wired but simply plugged into a outlet behind it.)
