I called them to be sure that I had the correct burner valve, and it's a good thing I did because the correct one was slightly different than what was listed on the website. They shipped it VERY quickly and it was an easy 5 minute job after that. The service was wonderful! They took their time on the phone to be sure that they had the correct part for the job, and I'm so glad they did.
