Had to remove old glass shards, and reflector tape. Would recommend pliers. I used a utility knife and gloves. Then removed the screws on the top section of outer glass trim. This allowed me to install the metal handle brackets inside and partially behind the trim piece, before securing to new glass. During this time, I did settle the new piece of glass in the bottom track of the outer trim. I also the installed the new heat. reflector tape to the top inside edge of the door. Had to leave some... Glass was very difficult to replace, but I was able to do it after some trial and error. Replacing the seal was very easy. Read more
Took out the old element and put the new one in. Took about 20 minutes. The hardest part was finding the connectors that had slipped into the insulation. Read more
