Had to remove old glass shards, and reflector tape. Would recommend pliers. I used a utility knife and gloves. Then removed the screws on the top section of outer glass trim. This allowed me to install the metal handle brackets inside and partially behind the trim piece, before securing to new glass. Various Internet fixes did not work including using paper as insulator for wire connection. Ordered part had it shipped and everything arrived as promised and on time. Flawless. A couple of screw later and new board was in place and oven up and running. Highly recommend. Read more

Took out the old element and put the new one in. Took about 20 minutes. The hardest part was finding the connectors that had slipped into the insulation. Read more
