The F9 error code is supposed to indicate that the door lock mechanism has failed. My oven would give the F9 code and turn off during normal baking at 400 F after about 30-40 minutes. Tenants in rental unit explained problem, I ordered replacement hinges for both the left and right. After replacing both, it was determined that a cleaning person removed and didn't reinstall the bottom heat plate of oven back into position, which was the reason the door wasn't closing. Read more

The control board assembly is intended for use with wall ovens. The purpose of the control board assembly is to monitor and control the temperature, time, and other aspects of the cooking cycle. In some cases, the control board assembly will go bad and require a replacement. A screwdriver will be needed for the process. 1) By using google to find videos on why the door wouldn't close, I found out I needed new cams, those same videos also showed how to remove and replace the door. 2) Then by googling the fridge model number and the word 'cam', I was able to find the parts. 3) Taking the door off was simple, I needed a phillips head screwdriver to remove the hinge cover, however the screws in the hinge plate were so tight, I needed a side handle socket wrench to loosen them. 4) The door itself is not hard to... Changed out the oven gasket. It was very easy, but finding the correct gasket was hard. The customer service rep at Appliance pros helped me find the correct piece, refunded me for the wrong gasket I ordered earlier and answered a lot of questions about what else may be wrong if the gasket didn't work.
