Ordered new handle from website which was very easy. Clicked on the video showing how to open the panel to access the screws that secure the handle. Opened panel with a kitchen knife and proceeded to unscrew the handle. That was the most difficult part; however, we got it. I ordered a new fan and motor unit and replaced the faulty unit.The case of the microwave was easy to unscrew and remove. The most difficult operation was to remove the appliance from the wall bracket as it weighed about 28kg. The cable connection to the motor was a push fit. Read more
