I knew the problem was with the gears and / or the rails they ride on. You can't really tell until you take it apart. Turns out my right side track had a few damaged teeth towards the front. The door has to come off, it lifts right out from the metal slide, no tools needed for this part of the repair. Both baskets have to be lifted out. The plastic gards that go over the tops have retaining clips. Pry the old gears off off the metal slides with a sturdy flat screwdriver.The replacement gears... Read more

It was just a door tray. I simply put it in place. I entered my appliance manufacturer and model number, entered the part I needed and they sent the right part. Sounds easy doesn't it? I tried another company first did the same thing and got the wrong part and it looked used. I sent it back (at my expense) with their RMA and a month later still, I'm still waiting for a refund. Replaced evaporator fan. As stated on included paperwork, the terminals were on the opposite side from the original fan motor. I had to swap out and use the included longer harness. Even then, it was barely long enough. It was an easy fix, except for disconnecting the harness and for taking out the two mounting screws for the motor assembly. The 1/4" screw heads are 2 inches from the evaporator coils, so I couldn't use a driver. I had to use pliers since I didn't have a quarter inch open end... Read more
