Loud banging noise from basket Timothy H. • Akron , OH • May 01, 2015
Disassembled washer, found that 2 out of the 3 basket support legs had cracked through. Unfortunately, support cannot be bought except as an assembly, so had to spend almost $300 for the part. Bearings were worn, but not trashed, so I replaced them and the seal. Note, most parts places (including AppliancePartsPros.com) will only sell the bearings and seal as part of the rear tub assembly. The bearings are standard 6205 and 6206 sealed ball bearings, available from Grainger and many others for...

While moving my washer i broke the detergent drawer Mitchell A. • Greer , SC • March 14, 2017
I was moving my washer and dryer on to a platform when the washer slipped and the drawer came out and broke. I was going to surprise my wife with this new setup. She was out of town and was due back in 3 days. I didn't want her to see my mistake. I got on line and found AppliancePartsPros.com and I am glad I did. Their price was reasonable and fair. Front-load washer needed shipping bolts Megan S. • South Burlington , VT • March 12, 2014
I watched the youtube video from appliancepartspros that explained every step of how to install shipping bolts on a Whirlpool Duet front-load washer. The step that I would have missed without the video was removing the top cover from the washer in order to push the drum down enough for the shipping bolts to connect. I used a screw driver and a socket set to install the shipping bolts.
