I replaced the keypad entry and it fixed the problem for 24 hours, but then it beeped and entered 0. But is much better than it was. I am an electronics tech and I know through the yrs 2000-2010 there were a rash of bad capacitors produced. I now believe a second board which has these capacitors is the source of the problem. I bought a new handel ond replaced the broken one. It was a bit tricky to get at the screws that hold the handel on. You must remove all the screws around the outside of the door then very carefully use a kitchen knife to unhook the top of the outer door panel. Then you can get at the handel screws. Read more
This has happened to several of both our and friends' microwaves made by this otherwise great company. Fixing it this time took three minutes. The first one took 20 minutes.
