The keypad would make entries on its own at anytime and once the microwave started itself it continued to get worst over weeks a beep almost every hour it was like a ghost Christopher J. • Hoffman Estates , IL • February 26, 2016
I replaced the keypad entry and it fixed the problem for 24 hours, but then it beeped and entered 0. But is much better than it was.
I am an electronics tech and I know through the yrs 2000-2010 there were a rash of bad capacitors produced. I now believe a second board which has these capacitors is the source of the problem. I also believe the second board let voltage spikes through which slowly damaged the keypad board. My goal is to order the capacitors which cost less than a $1 each...

The handel was broken on my microwave door Merle C. • Grand Rapids , MI • February 07, 2015
I bought a new handel ond replaced the broken one. It was a bit tricky to get at the screws that hold the handel on. You must remove all the screws around the outside of the door then very carefully use a kitchen knife to unhook the top of the outer door panel. Then you can get at the handel screws.
