This wire harness routes power and control signals between the appliance's control board and components, restoring reliable electrical connections for proper operation. Replacing a damaged harness helps correct intermittent power, no-start, or non-responsive controls. What it does:
- Provides the factory wiring paths and connector plugs between the control board and electrical components
- Restores secure connections when wires are frayed, burnt, or connectors are loose
- Helps resolve symptoms like no power to components, intermittent operation, or control failures caused by wiring faults
- Maintains correct grounding and signal routing when installed as a complete replacement
What's included: One factory-style wire harness. Install notes:
- Disconnect power (unplug or switch off breaker) before starting any repair.
- Take photos of the original routing and connector locations to ensure correct reassembly.
- Route the replacement harness along the same path and secure all clips and fasteners; ensure connectors fully seat.
- Inspect mating connectors and terminals for damage; replace or repair any corroded or melted parts before powering up.

I replaced the keypad entry and it fixed the problem for 24 hours, but then it beeped and entered 0. But is much better than it was.
I am an electronics tech and I know through the yrs 2000-2010 there were a rash of bad capacitors produced. I now believe a second board which has these capacitors is the source of the problem. I also believe the second board let voltage spikes through which slowly damaged the keypad board. My goal is to order the capacitors which cost less than a $1 each...

This has happened to several of both our and friends' microwaves made by this otherwise great company.
Fixing it this time took three minutes. The first one took 20 minutes. This was the fifth microwave to need a new handle. I bet the next one I can do by just twitching my nose....
First and most important - two people are a big, big help. With two people, one to hold the inner liner steady, you only have to remove the two screws on the right side of the door, loosen the clips for the top and...
