It was just a door tray. I simply put it in place. I entered my appliance manufacturer and model number, entered the part I needed and they sent the right part. Sounds easy doesn't it? I tried another company first did the same thing and got the wrong part and it looked used. I sent it back (at my expense) with their RMA and a month later still, I'm still waiting for a refund. Removed the old slide. Took a few minutes to find the part, but not difficult. When it arrived installed it in about three minutes. Put the drawer back. Read more

First replaced start capacitor but that did not work, the start kit which has a relay and overload protector is what was needed. The relay is actually the only part that was bad I believe. After pulling the relay off the compressor you could shake it and it rattled, the new one did not. Really pretty easy and definitely cheaper than a service call. Read more
