Loud dishwasher producing dirty dishes Leon F. • Sylmar , CA • November 11, 2015
I nearly shelled out for a new Kitchenaid when I remembered APP and entered my model # just for fun. The interactive diagrams and install videos showed where all the parts "should" be, mine were badly disintegrated, so I replaced the damaged ones and swapped out all of the other easily accessible seals and bearings (also gave it a good and very disturbing cleaning). My parts surprisingly arrived next day and for about $40, the dishwasher is quiet and works like new again.

Dishwasher would not turn on no power at all to the unit David M. • Mcdonough , GA • December 18, 2020
I replaced the fuse and that fixed the issue. However, the door handle broke when removing the front panel. I ordered replacement parts that worked perfectly. I would be remiss if I didn't give the APP's customer service a shout-out. I never got the parts that FedEx said they delivered. I called customer service and they sent out a replacement order for the one I never received at no additional cost. Thank you APP!

Leaks from around the door and from the pump motor Samuel M. • Sudbury , MA • January 12, 2016
1. To fix the leaks from around the door, I replaced the upper and lower door seals. These were purchased in a separate transcation, so they are not the parts shown here. The upper door seal worked as intended, but the lower seal would not stay in place on the lower edge of the door during a wash. Therefore I cleaned the grease and detergent off the old seal, and installed using silicone sealer/adhesive. The plastic edge pieces for the lower seal were supplied with the kit, and they installed...

Replacement of rusty inner basket Michael K. • Paramus , NJ • April 18, 2015
Ordered the parts from AppliancePartsPros - super fast shipping, and even though I opted for regular shipping all of my parts arrived the very next day, including the big and bulky inner basket. Disassembly went smoothly, simply following the directions in the AppliancePartsPros video. The only problem I had was that the inner basket simply would NOT come of the drive block no matter what I did. Struggled for a few hours trying to take it off. Then, I called AppliancePartsPros and they said it...

Water leaked from the door bottom Charles M. • Chicago , IL • September 13, 2014
I researched on found 4 possibilities that could cause a leaky door. I ran some test and eliminated 2 of the causes. last 2 causes based on what I read would be the door gasket or the barrier shield.
The door gasket appeared to be in good shape so I ordered the barrier shield This part is different from the original part and there was no way to hold it in place. After thought is that this part has nothing to do with a door leak. It is located under the door outside of the tub area, if water...
