1. To fix the leaks from around the door, I replaced the upper and lower door seals. These were purchased in a separate transcation, so they are not the parts shown here. The upper door seal worked as intended, but the lower seal would not stay in place on the lower edge of the door during a wash. Therefore I cleaned the grease and detergent off the old seal, and installed using silicone sealer/adhesive. Ordered the parts from AppliancePartsPros - super fast shipping, and even though I opted for regular shipping all of my parts arrived the very next day, including the big and bulky inner basket. I researched on found 4 possibilities that could cause a leaky door. I ran some test and eliminated 2 of the causes. last 2 causes based on what I read would be the door gasket or the barrier shield. The door gasket appeared to be in good shape so I ordered the barrier shield This part is different from the original part and there was no way to hold it in place.
