I replaced the spray arm seal and center manifold. The old seal looked slightly worn and the old manifold mating/spinning surface was thinned out. Read more
First I took off the controller board and cleaned all of the electrical contacts. This resulted in the dishwasher working once or twice. After doing this a couple times, I replaced the controller board. The new controller board worked a couple cycles and then the dishwasher went back to acting as it did previously.
