Removed the old part ( that was cracked)and metal was attached to the control that holds the knob. I used a needle nose plier which helped it to came off and applied the new knob, that I ordered from your business. It works perfectly :) Read more

Pulled dishwasher from under counter, disconnecting water supply pipe for access. Removed vent and fouled gasket and cleaned pieces with CLR. Reinstalled gasket, reconnected water supply and repositioned dishwasher under counter. Not particularly easy for DIYer but can be done. As a side note, I ordered 2 gaskets for the first repair so one was readily available. When the subsequent repair was finished, I order 2 more, due to low price, for backup. Read more

Ordered new front blk sticky pane. Used hair dryer to soften glue, peeled off old. Removed rest of old glue using "goo gone". Washed with alittle "dawn" and water. Dried. Removed backing on insert and stuck in place. Quite easy!!!! Read more
