I found the condensing fan motor would not turn with power applied. I also found a drain tube cracked and breaking. I had to use a snub nose screwdriver to remove and replace condensing fan motor. I followed the video on AppliancePartsPros.com. But this is not easy as the person says. It took me some painful and careful prying with a plastic putty knife (I did not want to damage anything with a metal putty knife) and some struggle before I was able to remove the dispenser cover. Once this was opened it was not difficult to transfer everything from the old dispenser cover to the new one. I also replaced Water and Ice buttons with new ones.
