I bought a shelf but was unable to insert it. The shelf should have been added when the refrig was assembled. I called your company, spoke with Danielle and was given a 20% discount offer for all the part I needed to replace. The 20% discount from Frigidaire was much higher in price than parts ordered from AppliancePartsPros.com. I took my shelf to Home Depot and had an employee cut off a portion of one prong.
