I contacted All Appliance Live Chat . The told me I needed to buy the entire door which was reasonably priced. They gave me the correct part number. After checked the cooling coil on the back of freezer showing ice built up around the coil, I thought defrost heater did not working that cause a lot of ice blocking cold air traveling. While waiting the new defrost heater, I plugged in refrigerator through a timer that off and on every 6 hours.
