This is a lawn mower clipping deflector for use with walk-behind mowers. The deflector attaches to the side of the mower and is used to guide the grass clippings out of the deck and away from the machine. Although this is a simple part, it serves an important function and ensures the grass is sent in the right direction while cutting the lawn.The clipping deflector has the potential to suffer a range of different types of damage. It can become cracked or break from use, and it can start to wear down over time. Rocks, sticks, and other debris can cause damage. Bumping into stumps and other objects could cause problems, as well. Eventually, it may require a replacement. The replacement process is relatively easy to do.The lawn mower clipping deflector will work with a range of models from Husqvarna, Craftsman, and Weed Eater. After many years of excellent service the burner I use most often on the top of my JenAir range rusted through. After trying to remove the burner, which was firmly rusted into place, I decided to replace the cooktop pan, both burners and igniters. It was an easy repair to swap out the new parts for the old, and the only tool necessary was a #2 phillips screw driver.
