After disconnecting power, removed rear access panel. belt was already off. Removed bolt washers at center of pulley, removed pulley.installed new pulley on to drum shaft. I pulled out the old housing and unplugged the motor. It pretty much came out in pieces. Remove the plastic from the motor, then had to take a pair of vice grips to hold the spindle in place to remove the auger. Remove what was still attached to the old Housing.
