• Not cleaning dishes properly

Ordered the new o-rings for the pump housing and main filter screen unit. Cleaned all water hardness and other debris out of all parts. Main filter and inside parts clogged with water hardness/limescale and other debris. The 3" wide round filter internal was completely clogged with debris and some of the filter holes we crystallized with water limescale. I ordered the parts one weekend over the phone after seeing that one of the parts was back ordered. I was quite concerned that back order meant "never available". The service rep assured me that they would keep me informed. Two days later I received an e mail that all the parts were on the way, including the back order.
