I contacted Appliance Parts Pros' wonderful (comprehensive and accurate) website, to search for the part. Do-It-Yourself Stories from Customers like You Rollers broke off the drawer glides in my refrigerator so drawer would fall out when extended   John M. • New Haven , VT • November 24, 2017

Popping the old draw glides off was the toughest part of the job, ad even that was fairly easy, once I noticed the little retaining tabs near the front of the drawer. Pushed in on the tabs, while pushing back on the drawer glide rail and it popped right off. One minor problem I did note: When the rollers were installed on the shoulder screws, they would not turn. One roller just had a burr around the inside edge of the hole. The other the entire bore was a bit undersized, creating a snug fit.... Read more

Do-It-Yourself Stories from Customers like You Fridge warm freezer cold failed defrost thermostat   Linh V. • Galloway , NJ • August 15, 2016

Initially purchased an evap fan motor, as it was listed as the most common failed component. Of course, once I pulled the cover out of the freezer, the fan motor was just fine, but the coils were a block of ice. So far, it looks like the thermostat was the source of the issue. For anyone experiencing the warm fridge, cold freezer, I recommend pulling the cover off and taking a look before ordering any parts. Refrigerator Rear Roller
Genuine Whirlpool part
By: Whirlpool
Part Number: WP67005149

This rear roller is a replacement for the rollers in a refrigerator. The rollers are not used often, but they have an important purpose. They make it easier to move the refrigerator from one area to another. If the roller had been damaged and is not working properly, it will be difficult to maneuver the refrigerator. Replacing the damaged roller with a new one before moving the refrigerator a long distance is a good idea. The rollers on the refrigerator are meant to handle a lot of pressure. However, they can still wear down and break eventually. They could also be damaged during a previous move. Before replacing the rear roller, unplug the refrigerator and remove the connection to the water supply. The replacement will require only a few tools, such as a screwdriver. It may require moving other parts of the refrigerator to get access to the rear rollers. The rear roller will work for certain models of refrigerators from Whirlpool, GE, KitchenAid, Inglis, Maytag, Admiral, International, Amana, Jenn-Air, Crosley, and Magic Chef. This is a genuine OEM replacement part that is sold individually.
