The unit is a Jenn-Air oven/microwave combo. The oven still had power, so I knew it wasn't the circuit breaker in the house. Found the Owner's manual to see if it had info on a fuse & location. Found No info in the manual. Checked the internet for common problems for this model. Found that they do blow fuses, capacitors & sometimes the magnatrons. I found the information (appliance serial nu.) on the side of the open micro wave door along with the may tag web site that I needed to use. When I went on site the first thing that was ask was what appliance was I interest in, A list of may tag appliance appeared and I chose the one I needed. Then I was ask for the app.serial nu.. The 2 year old Samsung overhead unit completely failed. It showed no power - no clock, lights, or anything. My wife wanted to go back to the store to complain and buy a complete new unit. This unit had a 1 year warranty. I thought we could perhaps figure out which component was the cause of the failure and replace it for much less money. We took down the unit and removed its cover.
